The article is devoted to the problem of foreign language from standpoint psychology, pedagogy and teaching methods. This will be mainly considered in forming communicative competency reading speciality literature. It should regarded that motivation also a method learning object education. For process, students' orientation various aspects activity. Therefore, complex different impulses creates types for activities. notions include needs, motives, goals, interests emotions. Each teacher apply such general pedagogical method, called "the reasoned encouragement". based on ability notice not only significant success student but minor one.
